SACNASP IN INNOVATION HUB, PRETORIA requires the services of one Temporary Administrative Assistant This Is A Fixed Term Contact To Cover Maternity Leave only to provide a full Registration- and Administrative Support-function to SACNASP.

Tasks will include:

Provide administrative support in the Registration Office, manage document flow in the Registration Office, ensure quality adherence to office procedures, maintain database and assist with preparation of documentation for agendas, answer telephone queries, etc.

The Suitable incumbents will have:

  • Matric, but a tertiary qualification in Administration or related field would be a recommendation.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a Council or Government department.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good telephone skills.
  • Knowledge of natural science qualifications will be an advantage.


1 May 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter.
